Information for your stay

Automated check-in (front door and Wifi) Shortly before your arrival you will receive a code valid for the duration of your stay. This code allows self check-in at the chalet.

Your check-in time will be shown on your booking confirmation, but it is normally 5:00 PM. We cannot guarantee your accommodation will be available before that.

Check-out time Check-out is at 11:00 AM to give our cleaning team time to clean the chalet.

What do I need to bring for my stay?

See the list above of what is included in the chalet. Several pieces of equipment and accessories are available to families. Note that the chalet is equipped to accommodate a maximum of 8 people

Am I allowed to make a fire?
It depends. Campfires are only allowed in designated areas and must be put out before 11:00 PM. They must be supervised by a responsible person at all times. During very dry conditions, fires may be banned on SOPFEU's recommendation.

Can I bring my own firewood?
Yes, and we can also suggest local places to buy some.

Can I bring my dog?
Yes, it must be declared when booking. A fee applies

Do you have a BBQ? Yes, with propane included.

Is there a hot tub?
Yes, a hot tub for 4 to 5 people is included with the rental. Please keep the water clean and clear to avoid a $200 surcharge.

Is there a washer, dryer, dishwasher?
Yes, we have all of these available for you. At the end of your stay, please start the dishwasher before you leave.

Take Autoroute 15 North (the Laurentians Autoroute) from Montreal, heading toward Saint-Jérôme. Continue north to Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, where the highway continues as Route 117 North. Stay on Route 117 North toward Saint-Faustin–Lac-Carré, then take the "Mont-Blanc, Lac-Supérieur" exit. Follow Chemin du Lac-Supérieur to Chemin des Cerisiers. The chalet is located at 25 Chemin des Cerisiers.

Take Highway 50 East from Ottawa/Gatineau, heading toward Montebello. Then take Route 323 North and follow it north toward Mont-Tremblant National Park. As you approach Lac-Supérieur, take Chemin du Lac-Supérieur to Chemin des Cerisiers. The chalet is located at 25 Chemin des Cerisiers.
